1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website raaw.ai and the products and services offered by RAAW ("RAAW", "we", "us"), including the InterviewR platform. By accessing the website, creating an account, or subscribing to a plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation.
2. The service
InterviewR is an AI-powered interviewing platform. Based on inputs you provide — such as job descriptions and candidate résumés — it conducts automated interviews, scores responses, and produces reports and hiring recommendations. Optional human-approval gates allow your team to review outcomes before decisions take effect.
RAAW may improve, modify or discontinue features of the service. Material reductions in functionality for paid plans will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@raaw.ai of any suspected unauthorised use.
4. Plans, billing and renewal
Paid subscriptions are offered on monthly and annual billing cycles, in Indian Rupees (INR) for customers in India and US Dollars (USD) elsewhere. Each plan includes a monthly interview quota and features as described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled. Payments are processed by Razorpay, our payment gateway partner; RAAW does not store your card, UPI or bank details. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST), which are charged additionally where required by law.
Unused interview quota does not carry over between billing cycles. Plan upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access to paid features until then. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service in violation of applicable law, including employment, anti-discrimination and data-protection law in your jurisdiction;
- submit candidate data without a lawful basis and, where required, the candidate's consent;
- attempt to probe, disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service or its models;
- resell or provide the service to third parties except as expressly agreed in writing;
- use the service to develop a competing product.
7. Your data and responsibilities
As between the parties, you own the data you submit to the service, including job descriptions, résumés and interview content. For personal data of candidates, you act as the data controller and RAAW acts as a processor on your instructions, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for providing candidates with any legally required notices and for the lawfulness of your hiring processes.
InterviewR's scores and recommendations are decision-support outputs. Final hiring decisions, and compliance of those decisions with applicable law, remain your responsibility.
8. Intellectual property
RAAW and its licensors own all rights in the service, including software, models, designs, product names and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. If you provide feedback, you grant RAAW a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use it to improve the service.
9. Availability and support
We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Support channels and response targets vary by plan as described on the pricing page. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated where practical.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. AI-generated outputs may contain errors and must be reviewed for suitability before reliance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAAW will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. RAAW's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid to RAAW in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or use that poses a security or legal risk. On termination, your right to use the service ceases; clauses that by their nature survive (including ownership, liability limits and governing law) continue to apply.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date below reflects the current version. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes affecting paid subscriptions will be notified by email or in-product notice.
